    Responsibilities

    Citi's Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, clearing, depository receipts. TTS has a global network spanning more than 100 countries and is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability and flexibility. We provide clients with timely, accurate information and dynamic, web-based tools to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.

    The IT Project Sr Tech Lead is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

    The senior technology leader will drive the regulatory, sanctions and compliance programs/solutions for the entire P&R technology organization. More importantly we have embarked on an scaled agile transformation and need a leader to drive this transformation across our organization. This person will be required in New Castle, Delaware and will interact very closely with Payments Product Leadership team, Payments Operations and Technology Leadership teams that are located in different time zones. The incumbent should have strong payments processing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of regulatory/sanctions mandates on payment platform. She/he will also identify, prioritize and respond to events or conditions that may impact one or more project/program objectives from being met and control the scope of the project and ensure that the defined and agreed scope, as well as benefits, have been met.

    Responsibilities:

    Senior Change Management Lead required in Clearing to:

    • Build strong release and change management processes for Clearing and ISO applications.

    • Build DevOPS practice and improve on Engineering Excellence development and operating fundamentals

    • Collaborate with CTI infrastructure and STE to build resilient platforms for Clearing and ISO applications

    • Ensure adherence to Technology Engineering KPIs

    • Partner with the Lead Agile Coach to ensure the organization is adhering to the Agile/SAFe/Lean principles and practices

    The Senior Change Management Lead provides IT strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

    Exercises influence over team budget, policy formulation and planning.

    Has significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.

    Provides expertise in projects managed and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.

    Possesses an understanding of client core business functions.

    Directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT Project Leadership.

    Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties.

    Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.

    Responsible for resource management and allocation of work; acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts.

    Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

    Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Qualifications:

    15+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field.

    Advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership and Agile transformation

    Extensive experience with policy formulation and planning

    Extensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology

    Strong payments processing knowledge with an in-depth understanding of regulatory/sanctions mandates on payment platform

    Effective communication skills at all level

    Strong Influential and negotiation skills

    Critical Thinking & Problem resolution- experienced innovative solutions to complex problems

    Advanced in PowerPoint, excel and presentation skills

    Education:

    Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
