Description
We are seeking a motivated Event Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of event management, exhibit operations, registration management and Technical Program operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conference and supporting various other duties as assigned. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duration: Temporary, part-time position | Early November through mid-March (specific dates to be determined)

Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Microsoft InDesign is a plus
- Previous experience or coursework in event management, hospitality, or related fields preferred. (preferred, but not required).
