With over 120 years serving as the industry’s largest not-for-profit trade association, we are built on a shared purpose and powerful commitment to strengthen the industry and deliver value to our 15,000+ member companies.
We exist to elevate the branded merchandise industry – strengthening our community, advocating for all of our members and equipping them with the tools to grow and succeed – while positioning branded merchandise as a powerful and essential marketing medium.
At its core, PPAI is more than an association. We are the voice for the industry; a trusted partner and advocate, a catalyst for progress and a platform for connection.
Company History
The use of physical goods to drive movements and inspire action traces back to ancient times, but it was the founding of PPAI that turned promotional products into a true industry. The Association started with just 12 member companies more than 120 years ago.
Over the decades, our Association has led the industry's evolution and been a trusted partner to thousands of professionals. PPAI united the promotional products market through professional education, member services and events, including promo's largest and longest-running trade show, The PPAI Expo, held every January in Las Vegas.
Through it all, PPAI has remained a loyal partner to promotional products companies and professionals, expanding its offerings to now serve members through technology services, sustainability solutions, exclusive research and more.
