We’re searching for an experienced Senior Events & Experiences Producer to help us maintain our reputation for exceptional events by managing the production from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing superb client service at every turn. This role demands an expert in all aspects of live, virtual, and hybrid event, meeting, and conference planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to delegate responsibilities to meet quality expectations. The best fit for our company is a senior events & experiences producer who can manage the daily details with big-picture thinking to ensure truly unique experiences both for external and internal stakeholders. This role will work closely with a multitude of internal and external cross-functional teams including innovation, sales, marketing, creative, and operations.
SENIOR EVENTS & EXPERIENCES PRODUCER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of events and experiences (1,000+ attendees, multi-day, multi-venue, or VIP-level complexity).
- Translate client goals into detailed, innovative event strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the lead point-of-contact for high-profile client and internal stakeholder engagements.
- Shape the event/programmatic direction and experiential journey for each event, collaborating with creative, marketing, and design teams.
- Oversee all operational aspects of events including budgeting, scheduling, venue scouting, contracting, AV, F&B, décor, transportation, security, and vendor management.
- Lead complex logistics planning with timelines, run-of-show, staffing plans, technical specs, and contingency protocols.
- Manage onsite execution as the senior lead and troubleshoot in real time with poise and precision.
- Own event budgets; manage cost tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and venues across markets.
- Develop scope of work and procurement strategies to drive value while maintaining quality.
- Supervise and mentor junior producers, planners, and coordinators through hands-on coaching and delegation.
- Serve as a thought partner and innovation leader within the CEE team, helping to shape event strategy, processes, and templates.
- Provide internal event counsel across departments and help standardize excellence across deliverables.
- Manage the event lifecycle, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands.
- Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logistical aspects of all events.
- Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges.
- Research resources, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to help staff make decisions about event design.
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Travel up to 30-40% annually, based on client and project needs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually (commensurate with experience and location).
- Bonus Opportunity: This position is eligible for an annual discretionary cash incentive bonus based on individual performance and company results.

Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in event production, including large-scale, multi-day conferences and experiential events.
- Experience in a client-facing or agency environment with high stakes and high-touch service expectations.
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Polished communicator-verbally, visually, and in writing-with C-suite presence.
- Proficiency in budgeting, logistics platforms, CRMs (Salesforce), registration systems, and production scheduling tools.
- Deep vendor rolodex with national reach.
- Creative sensibility and eye for experiential storytelling and branded environments.
- Collaborative, unflappable, solution-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and make split-second decisions.
- CMP, CSEP, or similar credential (or actively pursuing) is a plus.
