Position Overview:

At Next Level Event Design, the Senior Event Producer is responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the meeting and/or event from pre-production through execution. Interfacing with the Account Manager and Client, the Producer oversees an event from beginning to end, anticipating any issues along the way. • Client Communication: This role is highly client-facing with frequent communications and interactions from early in the process through post-event.

  • Project Management: Create and manage the project plans and event specification guides, effectively setting and driving deadlines for timely execution of all event elements, and communicating changes efficiently and effectively to all stakeholders throughout the process.

  • Budgeting: Develop, manage, and actualize all associated event costs throughout the project.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and keep the lines of communication open and active throughout the planning process, managing expectations and budget.

  • Event staffing: Analyze the pre-production and on-site staffing needs for an event; strategically securing, communicating, managing, and executing the project with that team of event professionals.

  • Line Producer Management and Mentorship: Delegate responsibilities to supporting members of the production team in a concise, thorough and collaborative manner while providing opportunities for mentorship and growth of the full team. Creative Insights: Leverage industry knowledge and trends, best practices and protocols into projects wherever possible. Attend industry networking events, continuing education programming, and be active within the industry to ensure exposure to all the industry has to offer to then be able to offer that to our clients.

  • On-site Support: Participate in the on-site execution of company events in a principal role throughout the year.

  • Event Concepting and Proposals: Assist in the creation of events in the form of proposal development, participating in research and brainstorming sessions, acquiring vendor quotes, developing themes and concepts, and assisting in writing proposal copy.
