As a sister company of Ridgewells, the 80-year-old firm that continually sets the standard for local caterers, Haute Catering offers the same unsurpassed event planning and high-quality food preparation to clients requiring contract services from a union-managed organization.
A growing and dynamic company, Haute Catering exceeds expectations through superior service, relying on its experienced event designers and talented support staff to accommodate clients in the government, corporate and social sectors.
While we began our operations on Capitol Hill as the preferred caterer to the U.S. House of Representatives, we have branched out to include other entities, such as the Pentagon Library and Conference Center, the National Defense University, National Archives & Records Administration and the U.S. Naval Academy.
In 2007, Haute Catering expanded when it opened CapitolHost, a division in the U.S. Capitol that is solely dedicated to providing catering services at that site. We also have partnered in recent years with the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and OTG Management.
Haute Catering is a green conscious company that is committed to reducing the overall impact on the environment. We make every effort to use environmentally responsible and sustainable resources to meet our catering needs and dispose of all wastes through safe and responsible methods. In addition, we are dedicated to the communities in which we live and work, and we support them through charitable giving and community involvement.
