Haute Catering, formerly known as Haute on the Hill, is a Union Caterer that is a growing and dynamic organization that focuses on exceeding client’s expectations through our superior level of service. While we began our operation on Capitol Hill as the preferred caterer to The House of Representatives, we have branched out to include the Pentagon, the U.S. Naval Academy, the National Archives, the National Defense University and Canadian Embassy. We also cater social events – Weddings, Receptions, Corporate Breakfasts and Lunches and any event that requires fabulous food and service.
Haute Catering has an extremely talented group of experienced staff, from managers to employees, that are able to accommodate the needs of all Social, Corporate and Government groups. From continental breakfasts and lunches to large-scale receptions and dinners, Haute Catering has the experience, the team and the talent to cater any type of event.
Haute Catering is a green conscious company that is committed to reducing the overall impact on the environment. We make every effort to use environmentally responsible and sustainable resources to meet our catering needs and dispose of all wastes through safe and responsible methods. In addition, we are dedicated to the communities in which we live and work, and we support them through charitable giving and community involvement.
Company History
Haute on the Hill was formed in December 2002, as a subsidiary of Ridgewells, Inc. to serve the unique catering needs of the United States House of Representatives and the greater Washington, DC metro area. Haute on the Hill changed its name to Haute Catering in December 2007 to better serve the market we serve.
